TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Preliminary

  1. This Contest (defined below) is being conducted by Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd. (“Flipkart”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”) wherein the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) has an opportunity to participate in the Contest, subject to the terms and conditions (“T&C”) mentioned below. 
  2. By participating in this Contest, You agree to be bound by these T&C, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation available on www.flipkart.com, including any modifications, alterations, or updates.

Contest Details 

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  1. Participants enter the Contest by sharing the details of their campaign and applying to a maximum of 2 categories described the comms. 
  2. The Contest shall commence from 12:00 am on 1st Dec, 2024 and submissions will remain open until 11:59 pm, 7th Jan 2025 (“Contest Period”). 
  3. To participate in the Contest You must do/fulfil the following: 
    1. Age must be 18 years or above; 
    2. Must have been a client of Flipkart Ads; 
    3. Your campaigns must have been run via https://advertising.flipkart.com/ or through a Flipkart Ads PoC as a part of our managed service offering 
  4. The willing participant must enter their campaign details in the google form (HERE) to be an eligible participant in the Contest (“Eligible Participants”). 
  5. The campaign described by the Eligible Participant in their entry must have been executed from 1st Nov 2023 to 31st Oct 2024. 
  6. The winners (“Winners”) will be selected by a panel of jury of senior industry leaders from Flipkart and outside. The details of members of the jury will be published our Jury portal.
  7. Winners will be announced with Flipkart Connect 2025 via email to all Eligible Participants as per the contact details shared by them on the entry submission form.
  8. There are no monetary rewards associated with this Contest. 
  9. The Winners may be rewarded with goodies from Flipkart, as described at the time of announcement of winners. All goodies will be sent to the winners via post to the address communicated by the entrant. 
  10. All participants will be facilitated with certificates and winning trophies.  
  11. Note that the winners may also be invited to attend our in-person felicitation program in the third week of March 2025, however, their attendance holds no impact on their winner status. 
  12. The participants, by entering the Contest, consent to the use of the materials submitted by them for promotional or educational purposes by Flipkart. 
  13. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner. 

Other Terms & Conditions 

  1. This Contest is valid only in India. 
  2. Prizes shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable. 
  3. Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice. 
  4. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis. 
  5. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify you from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest. 
  6. Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winning participants and such determination shall be as per these T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
  7. The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart. 
  8. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or other liability arising from participation by any person in this Contest. 
  9. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that Flipkart may suffer as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part. 
  10. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C. 
  11. The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
